Introducing GRAPHUL Industries

Redeveloping the Built Universe

GRAPHUL is a carbon-based nanocomposite consisting of intercalated layers of graphene and fullerenes
that are joined together via laser radiation to form a monolithic array of pillared graphene (graphene sheets
connected by carbon nanotubes). GRAPHUL has been designed so that it can be structurally tuned for the
end user's desired mechanical properties. GRAPHUL's patent pending fullerene nanoroller welding
process allows for the tunability of the composite with a degree of precision that is < 1 nanometer. This
process includes the precise spacing of fullerenes as well as the ply-by-ply built-up layering that renders
mechanical controllability of the composite. State-of-the-art technology applications result from the unique
carbon lattice that is forged from this proprietary manufacturing technique.

Who We Are

Creating materials that unlock humanity’s potential

GRAPHUL's top priority to-market is to power future generations of EVs (autos, aircraft, and commercial vessels) using GRAPHUL-based battery systems that will run with more than quadruple the amount of power, a fraction of charge time, and without the risk of thermal
runaway or spontaneous combustion that exists in present day technology.

Collaborating at Work

Our Technology

Powering the Future

GRAPHUL will become the de facto anode for ALL EV battery systems (liquid phase or solid state) due to its incredible attributes.

#1 – GRAPHUL’s capacitance of 1200 mAh/g

#2 – GRAPHUL’s mechanical strength of 22.5 GPa controls dendritic growth inhibiting short circuit failure and limits volumetric expansion providing great durability

#3 – Thermo-conductivity of 5,280 W/mK (2 x that of diamond) enables rapid ionic throughput for quick charge and maximum power output

#4 – Little to no degradation at temperatures as high as 1000 degrees Celsius

#5 – Non-caustic manufacturing process that is environmentally friendly creating a carbon-based material that is extremely durable and non-corrosive
